# Takbo vs Shelinks

The clearest difference is rating: Takbo at 5.0 against Shelinks's 3.0. Shelinks's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 80%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Takbo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Takbo's written reviews are positive against 100% of Shelinks's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
