# Beer Tracks vs TapTimr

The clearest difference is price: Beer Tracks at Free against TapTimr's $0.99. Beer Tracks also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). TapTimr's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Beer Tracks is free to download; TapTimr costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TapTimr holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Beer Tracks has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Beer Tracks's written reviews are positive against 75% of TapTimr's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
