# Eagles' Devotional vs Podbook

The clearest difference is ads: Eagles' Devotional at none against Podbook's shown. Eagles' Devotional also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). Podbook's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 12 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eagles' Devotional sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Podbook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eagles' Devotional ships an update every 12 months, Podbook monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
