# SoleFly vs better+

The clearest difference is rating: better+ at 4.8 against SoleFly's 4.3. better+ also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (730 vs 119). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

better+ holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: better+ has 730 ratings behind it against 119, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of SoleFly's written reviews are positive against 46% of better+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SoleFly ships an update every 5 weeks, better+ every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
