# Stint Students vs Check65

The clearest difference is rating: Stint Students at 4.5 against Check65's 4.0. Stint Students also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (43 vs 2). Check65's advantage is review sentiment (49% vs 19%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Stint Students holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stint Students has 43 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of Stint Students's written reviews are positive against 49% of Check65's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Stint Students ships an update every 11 days, Check65 every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
