# My Microphone vs GoodMicPlus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: GoodMicPlus at 57% against My Microphone's 12%. GoodMicPlus also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 13) and ads (none vs shown). My Microphone's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 27). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Microphone sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. GoodMicPlus asks for nothing beyond the download.

My Microphone holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Microphone has 1.7K ratings behind it against 27, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 12% of My Microphone's written reviews are positive against 57% of GoodMicPlus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
