# Piffle vs Cookie Run

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cookie Run at fortnightly against Piffle's monthly. Cookie Run also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). Piffle's advantage is ratings volume (22K vs 2.6K). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Piffle sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and Cookie Run sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Piffle holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Piffle has 22K ratings behind it against 2.6K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 79% of Piffle's written reviews are positive against 73% of Cookie Run's.

Piffle ships an update monthly, Cookie Run fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
