# Piffle vs Dead Dating PD

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Dead Dating PD at none against Piffle's 10. Dead Dating PD also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs monthly). Piffle's advantage is ratings volume (22K vs 79) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Piffle sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Dead Dating PD asks for nothing beyond the download.

Piffle holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Piffle has 22K ratings behind it against 79, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Piffle's written reviews are positive against 86% of Dead Dating PD's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
