# Trace Teams vs Reeplayer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Reeplayer at 75% against Trace Teams's 24%. Trace Teams's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.3) and in-app purchases (none vs 3). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reeplayer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Trace Teams asks for nothing beyond the download.

Trace Teams holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trace Teams has 4.2K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of Trace Teams's written reviews are positive against 75% of Reeplayer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Trace Teams ships an update weekly, Reeplayer every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
