# Bear Planet vs Rapid Cards

The clearest difference is ads: Rapid Cards at none against Bear Planet's shown. Bear Planet's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bear Planet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Rapid Cards sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bear Planet ships an update every 3 days, Rapid Cards every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
