# Summit Racing vs Fusion Tools Store

The clearest difference is ads: Fusion Tools Store at none against Summit Racing's shown. Fusion Tools Store also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (100% vs 76%). Summit Racing's advantage is ratings volume (71K vs 12) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Summit Racing against 4.9 for Fusion Tools Store. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Summit Racing has 71K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 76% of Summit Racing's written reviews are positive against 100% of Fusion Tools Store's.

Summit Racing ships an update every 2 months, Fusion Tools Store every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
