# RUN interval vs Yollo

The clearest difference is ratings volume: RUN interval at 1K against Yollo's 15. Yollo's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RUN interval sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Yollo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Yollo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RUN interval has 1K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of RUN interval's written reviews are positive against 74% of Yollo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RUN interval ships an update every 3 months, Yollo every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
