# Flight Logs vs PitSync

The clearest difference is price: PitSync at Free against Flight Logs's $0.99. PitSync also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and iOS requirement (14.0.0 vs 16.0). Flight Logs's advantage is ratings volume (64 vs 1). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

PitSync is free to download; Flight Logs costs $0.99 up front. Flight Logs sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and PitSync sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PitSync holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flight Logs has 64 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Flight Logs ships an update every 4 days, PitSync every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
