# Preply vs Fluide

Preply and Fluide both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Fluide's written reviews are positive against 53% of Preply's. Preply's advantage is ratings volume (46K vs 3) and chart position (#108 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fluide holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Preply has 46K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 53% of Preply's written reviews are positive against 100% of Fluide's.

Preply ships an update weekly, Fluide fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
