# ColorMining vs REMA App

The clearest difference is update cadence: REMA App at every 2 months against ColorMining's every 6 months. ColorMining's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ColorMining ships an update every 6 months, REMA App every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
