# Old Testament vs Todays Proverbs

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Todays Proverbs at 100% against Old Testament's 60%. Todays Proverbs also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Old Testament's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (959 vs 9). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Old Testament holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Old Testament has 959 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Old Testament's written reviews are positive against 100% of Todays Proverbs's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
