# Google Tasks vs Driverlink

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Google Tasks at 107K against Driverlink's 3. Google Tasks also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and chart position (#96 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Google Tasks against 4.7 for Driverlink. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Google Tasks has 107K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Google Tasks ships an update weekly, Driverlink every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
