# SpeedUp Player Pro + vs Strongbox Zero

The clearest difference is price: SpeedUp Player Pro + at $2.99 against Strongbox Zero's $99.99. SpeedUp Player Pro + also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (185 vs 21). Strongbox Zero's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (75% vs 66%). On ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

SpeedUp Player Pro + costs $2.99 and Strongbox Zero $99.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SpeedUp Player Pro + holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SpeedUp Player Pro + has 185 ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of SpeedUp Player Pro +'s written reviews are positive against 75% of Strongbox Zero's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SpeedUp Player Pro + ships an update every 2 months, Strongbox Zero every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
