# DC vs UDIRC

The clearest difference is rating: DC at 3.9 against UDIRC's 3.0. DC also leads on ratings volume (27 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DC holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DC has 27 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DC ships an update every 3 weeks, UDIRC every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
