# Word Yard vs Asocijacije

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Asocijacije at none against Word Yard's 6. Asocijacije also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Word Yard's advantage is ratings volume (766 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Word Yard sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Asocijacije asks for nothing beyond the download.

Asocijacije holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Word Yard has 766 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Word Yard's written reviews are positive against 50% of Asocijacije's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
