# CORE vs PAS CONNECT

The clearest difference is monetization model: CORE at free against PAS CONNECT's free with in-app purchases. CORE also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.6). PAS CONNECT's advantage is ratings volume (182 vs 3). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CORE holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PAS CONNECT has 182 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
