# HCMToGo vs ProShift App

The clearest difference is rating: ProShift App at 5.0 against HCMToGo's 4.2. ProShift App also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). HCMToGo's advantage is ratings volume (14K vs 1) and chart position (#146 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ProShift App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HCMToGo has 14K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HCMToGo ships an update every 2 months, ProShift App every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
