# UTS vs GPS Camera

The clearest difference is review sentiment: UTS at 49% against GPS Camera's 0%. UTS also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). GPS Camera's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GPS Camera sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. UTS asks for nothing beyond the download.

GPS Camera holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UTS has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of UTS's written reviews are positive against 0% of GPS Camera's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UTS ships an update every 3 weeks, GPS Camera every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
