# STELCO vs PoliceMV

STELCO and PoliceMV both sit at 3.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 26% of STELCO's written reviews are positive against 0% of PoliceMV's. PoliceMV's advantage is ratings volume (24 vs 8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PoliceMV holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 3.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 24 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of STELCO's written reviews are positive against 0% of PoliceMV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
