# Lure vs Shishke Bob

The clearest difference is ads: Lure at none against Shishke Bob's shown. Lure also leads on rating (4.3 vs 4.0). Shishke Bob's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lure sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Shishke Bob sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lure holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Lure's written reviews are positive against 76% of Shishke Bob's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Lure ships an update every 2 months, Shishke Bob weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
