# 1Timer vs Kitchen Multi Timer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 1Timer at 81% against Kitchen Multi Timer's 50%. 1Timer also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 2). Kitchen Multi Timer's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 6 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 1Timer sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Kitchen Multi Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kitchen Multi Timer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 1Timer has 1.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 81% of 1Timer's written reviews are positive against 50% of Kitchen Multi Timer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

1Timer ships an update every 6 weeks, Kitchen Multi Timer daily. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
