# IRIAM vs Scenic Augmented Reality

The clearest difference is rating: IRIAM at 4.2 against Scenic Augmented Reality's 1.0. IRIAM also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (445 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IRIAM sells 21 one-off in-app purchases and Scenic Augmented Reality sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IRIAM holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IRIAM has 445 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

IRIAM ships an update fortnightly, Scenic Augmented Reality every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
