# RetrofitReady vs Pass IET

The clearest difference is update cadence: RetrofitReady at every 3 weeks against Pass IET's every 8 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RetrofitReady sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Pass IET sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RetrofitReady ships an update every 3 weeks, Pass IET every 8 months. Both last shipped on November 4, 2026.
