# Maiku vs MySend

The clearest difference is monetization model: MySend at free against Maiku's free with in-app purchases. MySend also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and device support (4 vs 2). Maiku's advantage is ratings volume (71 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Maiku sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and MySend sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MySend holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Maiku has 71 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 95% of Maiku's written reviews are positive against 100% of MySend's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
