# Manor Cafe vs Project Makeover

Manor Cafe and Project Makeover both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 77% of Manor Cafe's written reviews are positive against 46% of Project Makeover's. Project Makeover's advantage is ratings volume (800K vs 63K) and chart position (#12 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Manor Cafe sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and Project Makeover sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Manor Cafe against 4.5 for Project Makeover. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Project Makeover has 800K ratings behind it against 63K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 77% of Manor Cafe's written reviews are positive against 46% of Project Makeover's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
