# SpyChat vs Dosto

The clearest difference is update cadence: SpyChat at every 2 weeks against Dosto's every 6 weeks. Dosto's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 86%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SpyChat ships an update every 2 weeks, Dosto every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
