# CIL vs E

The clearest difference is update cadence: E at fortnightly against CIL's every 6 weeks. CIL's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CIL ships an update every 6 weeks, E fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
