# Career Test vs IQ Test

The clearest difference is rating: IQ Test at 4.6 against Career Test's 3.2. IQ Test also leads on review sentiment (38% vs 24%) and ratings volume (2K vs 230). Career Test's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IQ Test sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Career Test asks for nothing beyond the download.

IQ Test holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IQ Test has 2K ratings behind it against 230, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 24% of Career Test's written reviews are positive against 38% of IQ Test's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
