# VIMORY vs Slide Show Maker ⁺

VIMORY and Slide Show Maker ⁺ both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 88% of VIMORY's written reviews are positive against 6% of Slide Show Maker ⁺'s. VIMORY also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 12 months). Slide Show Maker ⁺'s advantage is ratings volume (8K vs 642) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VIMORY sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Slide Show Maker ⁺ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for VIMORY against 4.7 for Slide Show Maker ⁺. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slide Show Maker ⁺ has 8K ratings behind it against 642, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 88% of VIMORY's written reviews are positive against 6% of Slide Show Maker ⁺'s.

VIMORY ships an update every 3 weeks, Slide Show Maker ⁺ every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
