# Beanstack Tracker vs Acts 2 UMC

The clearest difference is monetization model: Acts 2 UMC at free against Beanstack Tracker's free with in-app purchases. Acts 2 UMC also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and device support (4 vs 1). Beanstack Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (101K vs 5) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Acts 2 UMC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Beanstack Tracker has 101K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
