# Unleashed vs BT Cam

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Unleashed at none against BT Cam's 32. Unleashed also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (52 vs 4). BT Cam's advantage is review sentiment (88% vs 55%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BT Cam sells 31 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Unleashed asks for nothing beyond the download.

Unleashed holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Unleashed has 52 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Unleashed's written reviews are positive against 88% of BT Cam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Unleashed ships an update every 2 months, BT Cam every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
