# OSAA Live vs RefTown Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: OSAA Live at 4.5 against RefTown Mobile's 3.3. OSAA Live also leads on ratings volume (140 vs 12). RefTown Mobile's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (50% vs 23%). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OSAA Live holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OSAA Live has 140 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of OSAA Live's written reviews are positive against 50% of RefTown Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OSAA Live ships an update fortnightly, RefTown Mobile every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
