# PGPrep MD vs Clavicle

The clearest difference is update cadence: Clavicle at every 4 days against PGPrep MD's every 2 months. Clavicle also leads on review sentiment (83% vs 58%). PGPrep MD's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PGPrep MD sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Clavicle sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PGPrep MD ships an update every 2 months, Clavicle every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
