The clearest difference is update cadence: Hyppet at every 2 weeks against Seval Condomínios's every 4 months. Hyppet also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1). Seval Condomínios's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Seval Condomínios against 5.0 for Hyppet. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hyppet has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
