# Wilson FM vs Matter

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Wilson FM at none against Matter's 21. Wilson FM also leads on review sentiment (81% vs 54%) and iOS requirement (11.2 vs 26.0). Matter's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 108). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Matter sells 20 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Wilson FM asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Wilson FM against 4.6 for Matter. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Matter has 1.2K ratings behind it against 108, so its average is the more settled of the two.
