# Energizer Connect vs Alta

The clearest difference is rating: Energizer Connect at 4.7 against Alta's 2.7. Energizer Connect also leads on review sentiment (36% vs 0%) and ratings volume (9.6K vs 11). Alta's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
