# FC SmartHome vs 建行生活

The clearest difference is rating: FC SmartHome at 1.7 against 建行生活's 1.5. FC SmartHome also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). 建行生活's advantage is ratings volume (161 vs 15) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FC SmartHome holds the better App Store score, 1.7 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 建行生活 has 161 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 8% of FC SmartHome's written reviews are positive against 17% of 建行生活's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FC SmartHome ships an update every 2 months, 建行生活 monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
