# Moyra vs 5 Voices

The clearest difference is monetization model: Moyra at free with in-app purchases against 5 Voices's subscription. Moyra also leads on ratings volume (8.2K vs 42) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). 5 Voices's advantage is review sentiment (57% vs 19%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Moyra sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and 5 Voices sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 3.7 for Moyra against 3.7 for 5 Voices. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Moyra has 8.2K ratings behind it against 42, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 19% of Moyra's written reviews are positive against 57% of 5 Voices's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
