# Rigelian vs nexTrack

The clearest difference is rating: Rigelian at 4.2 against nexTrack's 2.5. Rigelian also leads on review sentiment (76% vs 50%) and ratings volume (33 vs 2). nexTrack's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rigelian sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.69 per month and nexTrack sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rigelian holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rigelian has 33 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 76% of Rigelian's written reviews are positive against 50% of nexTrack's.

Rigelian ships an update monthly, nexTrack weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
