# WVLT Weather vs MeteorologistMark

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MeteorologistMark at 100% against WVLT Weather's 45%. MeteorologistMark also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). WVLT Weather's advantage is ratings volume (7.2K vs 7) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WVLT Weather holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WVLT Weather has 7.2K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of WVLT Weather's written reviews are positive against 100% of MeteorologistMark's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
