# Lines vs Dreamcore Cam

The clearest difference is update cadence: Dreamcore Cam at every 2 weeks against Lines's monthly. Lines's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lines sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dreamcore Cam sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lines ships an update monthly, Dreamcore Cam every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
