# HME Now vs Rosnet

The clearest difference is rating: Rosnet at 4.0 against HME Now's 2.1. Rosnet also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). HME Now's advantage is review sentiment (17% vs 0%) and ratings volume (26 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rosnet holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HME Now has 26 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of HME Now's written reviews are positive against 0% of Rosnet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HME Now ships an update every 5 months, Rosnet every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
