# THE CAMP vs HIAND

The clearest difference is rating: HIAND at 4.0 against THE CAMP's 1.0. HIAND also leads on ratings volume (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). THE CAMP's advantage is review sentiment (45% vs 31%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. THE CAMP sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and HIAND sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HIAND holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of THE CAMP's written reviews are positive against 31% of HIAND's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

THE CAMP ships an update fortnightly, HIAND every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
