# Bose vs Nidhanam

Bose and Nidhanam both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 82% of Nidhanam's written reviews are positive against 47% of Bose's. Nidhanam also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Bose's advantage is ratings volume (181K vs 155) and chart position (#14 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Bose against 4.8 for Nidhanam. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bose has 181K ratings behind it against 155, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 47% of Bose's written reviews are positive against 82% of Nidhanam's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
