# 1Blocker vs Depth

The clearest difference is rating: Depth at 5.0 against 1Blocker's 4.5. Depth also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 9). 1Blocker's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (13K vs 1). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 1Blocker sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Depth asks for nothing beyond the download.

Depth holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 1Blocker has 13K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

1Blocker ships an update every 2 weeks, Depth every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
